How to Get Help

When contacting support, please include the following information to help us assist you faster:

• Device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
• iOS version (e.g., iOS 17.2)
• App version (found in Settings or the App Store)
• Brief description of the issue — what happened and what you expected

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Common Questions

How do I enable location access?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → PurrPilot and select "While Using the App".

Why aren't stops showing on my route?
Make sure you have an active internet connection. PurrPilot searches for nearby pet-friendly locations along your calculated route.

How do I navigate to a stop?
Tap any stop on the map or in the list, then tap "Open in Maps" to get turn-by-turn directions. By default, directions open in Apple Maps. You can switch to Google Maps in the app settings if preferred.
